No BS summary

New-logo enterprise sales hunter for UK/global real estate accounts. Needs a track record beating new-business quota, closing six/seven-figure cross-border enterprise deals, self-sourcing pipeline, and C-level commercial credibility. CAFM/IWMS/facilities management/PropTech/real estate tech experience is a plus, not required.

Core skills

MEDDICC

What you'll do

  • Build and work a named target-account list across your territory, with a written point of view on why each account should change and what it would take.
  • Generate the majority of your own pipeline, at coverage that supports next year’s number rather than this quarter’s. Business development and marketing will contribute; they will not carry you.
  • Multi-thread into C-suite and operational leadership through outbound, industry networks, events, partners and existing customer relationships.
  • Run the full cycle: first conversation, discovery, business case, evaluation, negotiation and signature.
  • Displace incumbent CAFM and IWMS platforms, in-house systems and entrenched spreadsheet processes.
  • Navigate multi-country buying groups, procurement, IT security and legal without losing momentum.
  • Qualify hard using MEDDICC and with mutual action plans on every live deal.
  • Shape commercial structure: pricing, multi-year terms, phased rollouts and land-and-expand entry points that create a platform for growth.
  • Sell what we can deliver and hand over cleanly.
  • Earn access to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate and workplace and transformation sponsors, and hold the room once you are in it.
  • Lead with the commercial case: operating cost, compliance exposure, portfolio performance and risk, rather than a feature demonstration.
  • Mobilise Presales, Product and executive sponsorship around the opportunities that justify it.
  • Maintain a forecast you can defend line by line, and a CRM that reflects reality rather than optimism.
  • Disqualify early and visibly. Time returned to a real deal is worth more than a full-looking pipeline.
  • Feed competitive and market intelligence back into product, marketing and pricing.
  • Take full commercial ownership of a select portfolio of named global strategic accounts.
  • Deliver significant expansion ARR through country, portfolio, product and use-case growth.
  • Create, shape and close complex, multi-year and multi-country enterprise opportunities.
  • Build a clear understanding of each customer’s global estate, strategic priorities, decision-making structure and commercial potential.
  • Protect the long-term commercial value of each relationship, working closely with Customer Success to maintain strong retention and customer health.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior business sponsors and global decision-makers.
  • Develop a clear executive engagement strategy for each account.
  • Lead strategic customer conversations around property operations, workplace performance, digital transformation, risk and portfolio optimisation.
  • Create alignment between customer leadership and Singu’s CEO, CRO and wider executive team.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and enterprise agreement discussions.
  • Develop and execute multi-year global account plans with clearly sequenced growth priorities.
  • Identify whitespace across countries, business units, property portfolios, operating models and Singu solutions.
  • Turn customer priorities and demonstrated value into compelling expansion propositions.
  • Navigate complex international buying groups and create alignment across global and local stakeholders.
  • Set the global account strategy while partnering with in-country sales leaders on local opportunity execution.
  • Mobilise Presales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing and executive sponsorship around the highest-value opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate and actionable view of account potential, pipeline, risks and forecast.
  • Establish clear deal strategies, qualification standards and mutual action plans for major opportunities.
  • Lead global QBRs, executive steering committees and strategic planning sessions where they advance the customer relationship.
  • Provide the executive team with clear visibility of account performance, growth potential and required interventions.
  • Improve the repeatability of Singu’s global strategic-account approach and contribute to the development of the wider function.
  • Own relationships that can materially influence Singu’s growth.
  • Lead seven-figure, multi-country commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior executives on the company’s highest-priority accounts.
  • Create a visible track record of commercial impact with the potential to grow into broader leadership as the function develops.

What they require

  • A sustained record of exceeding new-business quota
  • Complex enterprise deals closed at six or seven-figure value across borders, involving multiple stakeholders, procurement and IT security review.
  • Demonstrable self-sourced pipeline: the accounts you opened cold, how you got in, and what you actually said.
  • Commercial credibility at C-level, with the ability to build and defend a business case in front of a finance audience.
  • Comfort operating where the playbook is still being written, and the discipline to write down what works.
  • MEDDICC, or an equivalent qualification and messaging framework used in practice
  • Preferred: CAFM, IWMS, facilities management, PropTech or real estate technology experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
  • You will have a demonstrable track record of growing complex enterprise customers and closing significant, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • A strong record of winning high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements or expansions, including seven-figure opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex international or multi-country accounts.
  • The ability to build credibility with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate, workplace leaders and digital transformation sponsors.
  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience developing strategic account plans that translate customer priorities into substantial revenue growth.
  • The ability to lead through influence across regional teams and matrixed organisations.
  • The confidence to operate independently while engaging senior internal sponsors at the moments that matter.
  • A highly structured, outcome-oriented and collaborative working style.
  • Preferred: Experience in CAFM, facilities management, PropTech, workplace technology, real-estate software or an adjacent enterprise-software category would be advantageous but is not essential.
