What you'll do

  • Providing quality service delivery for intellectually gifted students with Individualized Education Plans.
  • Providing quality and compliance review of current IEPs.
  • Guidance on IEP development for IG students.
  • Interpretation and educational implications of assessment data for the IG student/learner.
  • In-person and/or virtual services.
  • Participation in IEP meetings.
  • Review of service delivery and feedback to teachers.
  • Build relationships with clients, families, and team members to establish rapport and trust.
  • Establish and maintain excellent, game-changing service delivery, including via screenings, evaluations, case management, and direct therapy.
  • Assess client needs, design treatment plans, and collect data to show the impact of services and help clients reach their goals.
  • Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, growth, and joy.

  • Meets Gifted Education requirements per the State of Tennessee by having either the Gifted Employment Standard or the Gifted Endorsement.
  • Demonstrates strong organization and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports.
