What you'll do

  • Lead our 12-person back-office team and over 300 guides, from market expansion to event organization and the development of new business areas.
  • Drive company growth through expansion into new markets and development of new business fields at the intersection of tourism, e-commerce, and the experience industry.
  • Manage financial aspects including P&L, accounting, and reporting, proactively communicating any deviations.

What they require

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to proactively identify challenges and work in a structured, focused manner.
  • Hands-on mentality: willing to get involved and do the work yourself when necessary.
  • Up-to-date tech competence: familiar with Shopify, Zapier, AI Agents, Google Workspace.
  • Ideally E-commerce background: familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Creatives, CACs, ROAS.
  • Structured approach to finances: conscientious preparation of P&L, accounting, and reporting, with proactive communication of deviations.
  • Full commitment: passionate about the company, with no side activities planned. Investment in shared success is expected.
