Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking users, ensuring high-quality assistance for all Gaming & Esports platform inquiries. Troubleshoot technical issues, billing queries, and account management concerns with precision and professionalism. Maintain deep knowledge of current gaming titles, competitive esports trends, and platform updates to provide expert guidance. Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by moderating interactions and upholding safety standards. Analyze recurring player feedback to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements. Collaborate closely with internal QA and developers to resolve bugs and report emerging technical anomalies. Achieve individual and team-based KPIs focused on resolution speed, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Requirements Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
