What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to customer queries, complaints, and service requests within the customer support services environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues at first point of contact wherever possible, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively share feedback and insights with team leaders and quality assurance teams.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across multilingual support teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and company policies at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching programmes to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

What they require

  • Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is absolutely essential for this role.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support services, or client-facing role is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage customers with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously in a remote working environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Preferred: Good command of English is an advantage, as it may be required for internal communications and training purposes.
