The General Counsel will oversee all core legal activities, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include advising executive leadership and the Board on legal and business matters, managing corporate transactions and partnerships, and developing policies that uphold the highest legal and ethical standards. The role also involves leading intellectual property strategy, supporting crisis management, and guiding legal aspects of product development and market initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive legal experience in technology, AI, or government contracting, with deep expertise in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
