We’re looking for a Game Designer (LiveOps & Monetization) for Pixel Gun 3D - someone who will own the monetization direction and LiveOps initiatives, improve player experience, and drive product growth through offers, economy, and data-driven decisions. This role has real impact on game quality, key metrics, and product evolution.
What you’ll be doing
- Working in the LiveOps team to improve the current player experience, enhance game metrics, and create new content.
- Ownership of the game events direction. Developing, configuring, and optimizing in-game events and event's schedule.
- Working with project analytics and evaluating the effectiveness of current game mechanics.
- Maintain detailed documentation and balance sheets (GDDs, configs, analytical reports).
- Review player feedback and community insights, forming hypotheses for game improvements.
- Manage and support gameplay configs in the production pipeline, collaborating closely with programmers and QA.
- Participate in brainstorms and idea generation for feature and content updates.
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and analysts during planning and development.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer, including at least 1 year working on a LiveOps-stage project.
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / Notion / Confluence for balancing and documentation.
- Knowledge of F2P monetization principles and how design choices impact ARPU and retention.
- Experience working with analytics and using data to inform design decisions.
What we offer:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus, or a remote work contract.

- Relocation package and assistance with obtaining residence permits in Armenia, including for family members.
- 21 working days of vacation, 3 additional days off per year, and sick leave compensation up to 100%.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance from the first working day in Armenia or Cyprus.
