We are looking for a Game Data Analyst to join the guys on the team, who will work closely with the CEO of the studio and be a trusted resource for all analytics issues as well as looking for opportunities to grow metrics. The ability to work autonomously and be proactive in finding product trouble spots are important for this position.
Responsibilities
● Analysis of player behavior and key metrics; ● Assistance to the team in A/B test preparation and analysis; ● Dashboard development and maintenance; ● Assistance to the team in decision making based on data analysis; ● Analytical process optimization; ● Preparation of regular reports and presentations.
Requirements
● Experience as a Game Data Analyst / Data Analyst in gamedev from 2 years;● Solid SQL knowledge;● Basic Python skills (ability to understand code and write own simple scripts for analytics needs);● Experience with Tableau;● Good understanding in A/B test execution and analysis;● Ability to develop and test hypotheses based on data (A/B tests, correlation analysis, cohort analysis);● Understanding of key metrics for mobile games;● Game analytics understanding (game economics, player behavioral patterns, engagement and monetization funnels). Will be a plus: ● Experience with automated analytics tools like Airflow etc.; ● Experience with Clickhouse; ● Understanding of ML/AI principles; ● Event tracker customization experience on Unity; ● Creativity in solving non-trivial problems and finding insights.
