Volunteer fundraising support role in Mumbai for someone who can research donors, CSR funds, grants, and maintain a donor pipeline. Must commit 3-4 hrs/week and have relevant fundraising/business development interests.

What you'll do

  • Research potential donors that would form the backbone of the foundation
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of donor and CSR relationships
  • Support Grant proposals and applications as and when needed.
  • You will research donors with the help of market researchers - CSR funds, government skilling schemes, HNI donors etc.
  • Log findings in the fundraising tracker - one row per prospect
  • Share the updated tracker with the team every week and follow up
  • Flag anything that could also be a partnership so the head can coordinate
  • Support grant proposals and applications as and when needed

  • You are thorough and do not mind doing a deep dive

Proximity Foundation runs structured coding education programs for young people aged 14-18 at Community Care Institutions (CCIs). Using a computer-based LMS curriculum covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, we pair students with volunteer mentors in cohort-based sessions designed to build real technical skills and lasting confidence.
