What you'll do

  • Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap assessments to define future-state finance processes.
  • Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and end-to-end finance solutions.
  • Partner with finance and technology teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle leading practices.
  • Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience serving as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
  • 8-12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Project Financial Management.
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating functional specifications and validating end-to-end business solutions.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design.
  • Preferred: Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
