Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care across a range of services, including family planning, abortion care, recovery room services, on‑call nursing, and centralized follow‑up services. Care is delivered in accordance with Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) protocols, organizational policies, and the professional standards of the American Nurses Association. The RN ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA Privacy and Security, OSHA, CLIA, Title X, CDC, DEA, and Massachusetts Department of Public Health requirements. This role collaborates closely with health center staff to support safe, equitable, and inclusive reproductive health care. The RN also serves as a clinical role model and supervising resource for health care assistants, volunteers, and interns while fostering a respectful, team‑based work environment.
