What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
  • Deliver new features and enhancements for enterprise applications following agile methodologies.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and write PL/SQL where required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural improvements.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering enablement initiatives.
  • Support application performance optimization, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with modern development practices and emerging technologies.

What they require

  • Strong experience with Java backend development.
  • Solid experience with Angular frontend development.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Basic experience with PL/SQL (approximately 5% of daily work).
  • Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
  • This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
