Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in building and deploying scalable web applications, is comfortable working across the frontend and backend, and has experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Cursor, etc.) is a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js on the frontend and Python (e.g., Django/Flask/FastAPI) on the backend.Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth) following industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows.Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Contribute to database design and management (SQL/NoSQL) as needed for application features.Requirements3-4 years of professional experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Solid hands-on experience with Python and Python-based backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).Microsoft Azure certification required (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204, or equivalent).Experience with RESTful API design and development.Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).Understanding of authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2).Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks end-to-end.SkillsReact.jsPythonMicrosoft AzureJavaScriptDjango
