About the role We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with interest or experience in AI tools to join our team remotely. You'll work on real projects for international clients, contributing to both frontend and backend development. You will collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers, while progressively building more autonomy and technical responsibility. AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar are part of how we work. You'll use them to improve productivity, support code quality, and explore better technical solutions, while maintaining direct responsibility over what you build. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience who wants to grow in a structured international environment and become stronger as a full stack developer. What You'll Do Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies Work across both frontend and backend Use AI tools to improve productivity and code quality Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflow Must-Have requirements 3+ years of software development experience Experience building web applications across frontend and backend Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development Experience with React, Node.js, REST APIs, and relational databases Good understanding of clean code, testing, and maintainability Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar Problem-solving mindset and willingness to grow Good professional English communication skills Ability to work remotely with responsibility, communication, and reliability Nice-to-Have Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Redux Toolkit Experience with PostgreSQL Experience with Python or Golang Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Previous experience working in remote or international teams Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, or autonomous agents What We Offer Complex and meaningful projects for international clients Compensation in euros, discussed according to experience and fit AI-integrated development environment Clear growth path International and collaborative team Structured environment with solid engineering standards Full-time remote position with a long-term perspective Regular collaboration with experienced developers and technical leads A working environment focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
