I run a GoHighLevel agency and I'm scaling outbound. I'm hiring full-cycle closers — and I want to be totally clear about the role up front, because it isn't a booking gig:
You own the entire process, end to end. You cold call the leads I provide, you follow up and chase through every "call me next week," you handle the objections, and you close the deal yourself. First dial to signed client — that's all you. If you're looking to just set appointments and hand them off, this isn't it.
**What I provide:**
- Qualified, hyper-targeted leads, handed to you — I build and enrich the lists myself. No prospecting or list-building on your end.
- Every number is compliance-checked (DNC-scrubbed) before it reaches you.
- A proven, recurring-revenue offer that local-service business owners genuinely want. I'll walk shortlisted people through the full offer and scripts on a call.
- Positioning, talk-track, and support so you're never winging it.
**Who I want — this matters:**
- Local-service sales experience is required. You've sold to local business owners (home services, trades, clinics, brick-and-mortar) and you know how these owners think, talk, and buy. If you've only sold SaaS to corporate buyers, you'll struggle here.
- Proven phone closing experience — not just setting.
- Clean, confident, neutral English; reliable internet + headset; quiet space.
- Relentless on follow-up, coachable, and can start this week.
**The comp:**
- 15% commission on every client you close, paid every month that client stays. Recurring, stacking, uncapped. Close good-fit clients who stick and you build a compounding monthly residual — which is exactly why I only want closers who bring in fit, not filler.
**Location:** Fully remote.
