Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and optimize fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery of products from our production centers in Asia.
- Collaborate closely with international suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
- Implement and enhance strategies for inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics.
- Analyze and streamline fulfillment workflows to improve overall efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to uphold quality standards and address any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fulfillment and supply chain management, preferably in an international context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- English - B2+
- Chinese/Indonesian language - as an advantage
- Familiarity with global logistics, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
