Job Description Summary Le Frigoriste - Niveau 1 fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme grâce à une communication et une présentation positives, et fournit un service exemplaire à nos clients. Ce poste consiste à livrer des équipements CVC portables aux clients, en démontrant ses compétences et ses performances dans l'utilisation, le fonctionnement et la réparation de tous les équipements de l'entreprise. De plus, ce poste consiste principalement à travailler dans l'atelier afin de le maintenir organisé, propre et sûr, et à apprendre à vérifier, nettoyer et préparer les équipements destinés à la location afin d'aider les autres techniciens dans le cadre de travaux importants. Responsabilités du poste : Communiquer de manière professionnelle avec les clients, les responsables et les ingénieurs commerciaux afin de planifier les livraisons, les enlèvements et les interventions techniques. Livrer et installer les équipements CVC loués et former l'opérateur autorisé (et/ou le client) à l'utilisation sécurisée des équipements. Demander aux clients de signer les documents appropriés ; assurer le suivi des numéros de série. Résoudre efficacement les problèmes liés au fonctionnement, aux spécifications, aux capacités et aux commandes de tout équipement loué. Conduire les véhicules de l'entreprise en toute sécurité et respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité de l'entreprise. Nettoyer et tester les équipements retournés, en s'assurant que leur fonctionnement et leur apparence sont conformes aux normes. Remplir les documents appropriés pour les livraisons, les enlèvements et les appels de service. Installer des tuyaux de gaz flexibles sur les applications au propane et au gaz naturel. Mettre en œuvre des procédures appropriées et sûres pour vérifier les raccordements de gaz. Travailler avec les responsables et les ingénieurs commerciaux pour tenir des registres précis et assurer le suivi des équipements en stock et loués. Être disponible pour les services d'urgence et être disponible selon un horaire rotatif pour les appels d'urgence le week-end et le soir. Exigences : Formation et expérience : Posséder un carte frigoriste (ou être en cours d'obtention) 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste lié au service à la clientèle est préférable Posséder des compétences de base en mathématiques Avoir des aptitudes pour la mécanique Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite vierge Être capable de travailler après les heures normales et le week-end pendant les périodes de pointe Exigences physiques : Le candidat doit être capable de se pencher, de s'accroupir, de s'agenouiller et/ou d'atteindre et de soulever jusqu'à 25 livres ou plus, selon les exigences du poste. Certains postes chez Sunbelt peuvent nécessiter de conduire pendant de longues périodes, de charger et décharger du matériel lourd, d'effectuer des tâches dans des conditions météorologiques extrêmes, notamment sous la pluie, le vent ou des températures excessives, et/ou de travailler la nuit et le week-end. What you'll do
- Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
- Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment and train the authorized operator (and/or customer) on the safe use of the equipment.
- Request customers to sign appropriate documents; track serial numbers.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues related to the operation, specifications, capabilities, and controls of any rented equipment.
- Safely operate company vehicles and adhere to all company safety policies.
- Clean and test returned equipment, ensuring that its operation and appearance meet standards.
- Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
- Install flexible gas lines on propane and natural gas applications.
- Implement appropriate and safe procedures for checking gas connections.
- Work with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and track equipment in stock and rented.
- Be available for emergency service and be available on a rotating schedule for emergency calls on weekends and evenings.
- Maintain the shop in an organized, clean, and safe manner.
- Learn to check, clean, and prepare equipment for rental to assist other technicians with major jobs.
What they require
- Possess a refrigeration card (or be in the process of obtaining one)
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Possess basic math skills
- Possess mechanical aptitude
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Be able to work after normal hours and weekends during peak periods
- The candidate must be able to bend, squat, kneel, and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
- Some positions at Sunbelt may require driving for long periods, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing tasks in extreme weather conditions, including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures, and/or working at night and on weekends.
