Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Strong command of the English language for internal communication. Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to reside and work in Greece. A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a drive to provide premium service experiences. Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts with ease.
