QuintoAndar is constantly evolving, and new products and verticals are being structured and launched to the market. If you combine strategic vision, excellent project/interpersonal management skills, and a strong sense of ownership, this position is for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial integration of new businesses: Ensure that new verticals are smoothly incorporated into QuintoAndar's core planning and reporting rituals (monthly close, forecast, financial performance, and annual budget);
- Structure the backoffice architecture and governance: Coordinate with Operations, Controllership, and FP&A teams to align cost centers, reporting structure, managerial controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Orchestrate corporate governance rituals: Create, organize, and drive structured agendas that ensure financial visibility and clarity on executive decision points for senior leadership;
- Connect areas and align visions: Act with high autonomy to bridge gaps between operational, business, and corporate teams, unlocking bottlenecks and establishing work standards for better decision-making;
- Assess business impact on the group: Deeply understand the connections between new verticals and existing businesses, translating operational specificities into financial controls and consolidated views;
- Ensure discipline and methodological organization: Document integration processes, information flows, and working roles to guarantee the scalability of governance.
What we look for (Requirements):
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Solid experience in managing complex projects, ideally in finance or planning areas;
- Knowledge of finance and managerial metrics, with a critical capacity to understand P&L structures and financial flows;
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and prioritization in dynamic and ambiguous environments;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence to navigate between different areas and hierarchical levels;
- Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong "sense of ownership" to create and drive independent agendas;
- Advanced/fluent English (mandatory) — reporting materials and communications are in English;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel/Sheets for structuring trackings and financial validations.
