What you'll do

  • Own the post-sale lifecycle for every closed-won customer across onboarding, adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal as the customer's single accountable owner inside Artemis.
  • Run structured onboarding from contract signature to fully live, including setting a joint success plan with milestones, driving remaining integrations and data connections, configuring alerting and escalation paths, and treating time-to-value as a core metric.
  • Own the customer health system by running recurring reviews across product engagement, outcome quality, integration health, AI adoption, and open risks, and acting on regressions before the customer feels them.
  • Deliver QBRs with quantified impact such as dollars saved, coverage gained, gaps closed, and analyst time returned, grounded in real usage data and outcome reporting.
  • Run an asks-and-risks process by converting customer requests into tracked internal work, routing to the right owner, chasing SLAs, and closing the loop with the customer.
  • Drive adoption of AI-native workflows across investigation, detection, and hunting by teaching analysts, assigning homework, and turning daily users into internal champions.
  • Triage issues live on customer calls, including integration failures, data gaps, and product errors, and pull in engineering with full context when needed.
  • Surface expansion signals such as new data sources, new teams, and growing usage, and partner with Account Executives on renewal and expansion motions.
  • Serve as voice of customer by feeding structured field signal into the product roadmap and quality feedback into teams that build and tune detections.
  • Build the CS playbook, including onboarding guides, health scorecards, QBR templates, and renewal runbooks for future CS hires.

What they require

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or post-sales Solutions role in B2B cybersecurity or technical enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience carrying a book of enterprise accounts through renewal and knowing GRR/NRR numbers.
  • Genuine understanding of AI and daily use of LLM tools.
  • Ability to explain agentic workflows to a skeptical SOC analyst.
  • Ability to distinguish AI that demos well from AI that changes how a team operates.
  • Security domain fluency with SOC managers, detection engineers, and CISOs on SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, identity, and cloud.
  • Understanding of what a day in a SOC actually looks like.
  • Comfortable reading dashboards, interrogating usage and detection metrics, and turning them into a value narrative.
  • Proven ownership of renewals and expansions in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong project management across concurrent onboardings and escalations.
  • Exceptional written communication for weekly customer updates, executive summaries, and EBR narratives.
  • Startup-ready: able to build process where none exists and be the first and only person in the function.
  • Preferred: Prior Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or onboarding/implementation engineering experience.
  • Preferred: Hands-on security operations background, SOC analyst, detection engineering, or incident response.
  • Preferred: Early CS hire at a security or AI startup where you built the playbook, not just executed it.

Benefits

  • Make a real world impact by helping cybersecurity teams around the world keep people safe from advanced AI-powered cyber threats.
  • Be challenged to be better than ever before and learn more in 1 year than 10 years anywhere else.
  • Build the foundation for the CS function, including the playbook, renewal model, and product feedback loop.
  • Equity and earning potential that reflects the value created.
  • Top-of-market equity component.
