Hey everyone,

I'm building a new kind of work network called Swarmtech by NearbyCrew, and we're opening up the first group of people who want to complete paid missions online.

A mission is basically a small piece of real work with a clear outcome.

For example, depending on what companies need, missions might involve:

• Researching something online
• Finding useful information
• Testing a product or experience
• Speaking with people and gathering feedback
• Reviewing information
• Helping a business complete an online task
• Using your local knowledge or human judgment where software can't do the job alone

You don't clock into a shift.

Available missions appear, you decide whether you want one, you see what needs to be completed, and you submit the result when you're done.

Some missions may be possible entirely from your phone. Others may need a computer or a particular capability.

Payment varies by mission and should be shown before you accept it. Mission availability isn't guaranteed, we're still early and building out the network.

We're currently looking for our first group of founding Swarm Agents who are comfortable following instructions, communicating clearly, and doing reliable work independently.

No coding or AI experience is required.
