What you'll do

  • GTM Execution: own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution supporting growth and partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: build and maintain operational infrastructure: processes, tooling, reporting.
  • Strategic Projects: work on partnerships, community, marketing and ecosystem development.
  • Business Ops: support founder & CoS in day to day operations of the business.
  • High Agency: pick up and run with the most important tasks each week; fix integrations and operational issues.

What they require

  • 1-2 years of experience in management consulting (tier-1), high-growth startup operations, or venture capital.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: comfortable building models, analysing data, and synthesising findings into recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft professional memos and rally executives.
  • Applicants must have professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Preferred: Show us what you tinker with that's AI related on weekends; experience with highly complex technical infrastructure.
