Founder's Associate (Generalist)

THE ROLE

Behind every founder sits a running list of high-potential initiatives that never quite get picked up — not because they don't matter, but because nobody has the bandwidth to own them. That list is what you're here for.

As Founders Associate, you'll work directly with GenPeach's leadership on the company's hardest, messiest, most cross-functional problems — the ones that don't fit neatly into any one team's mandate. You'll get real ownership from day one and a level of access to founders and C-level that's rare this early in a career.

Generalist, GTM-minded

• Partner directly with the CEO on whatever matters most to GenPeach's growth that quarter — priorities will shift, and so will you.
• Build new initiatives from scratch: product experiments, growth mechanisms, ideas that could eventually stand on their own as new lines of business.
• Move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — one week that means prepping a team offsite and cold-calling prospects, the next it's untangling a legal question or shipping an automation that saves the team hours. You're equally comfortable in both modes.
• Follow the leverage wherever it leads: hiring and org design one month, a new product bet or market entry the next.

Driving the 0→1 engine: tools, GTM motion, and client conversations

• Switch between strategist and operator without friction — think through GTM logic in the morning, run a call with a cold prospect as an ad hoc BDR in the afternoon.
• Research new markets, verticals, and customer segments, and turn that research into concrete business cases and go-to-market plans.
• Spot GenPeach's biggest growth opportunities and translate them into plans the team can actually execute.
• Support the leadership team directly — prep and sit in on key meetings with design partners, and own the analysis behind them.
• Help shape a GTM engine strong enough to make GenPeach one of the best go-to-market organizations in Europe.

Who You Are

• Sharp, fast-moving, and motivated by seeing things actually get done.
• Capable of strategic thinking, but not afraid of unglamorous, hands-on work.
• You've seen what excellence looks like — through time at a strong startup, in consulting, or in venture.
• You default to ownership: you build the plan, find the solution, and don't wait to be told what to do.
• You've built something from zero before — enough that we could picture backing you if you started your own company someday.
• Low-ego, high-output — the kind of person who raises the bar for everyone around them.
• Fluent in English.

You'll get unusually direct exposure to founders and senior leadership, working closely with them on the initiatives that matter most to GenPeach right now. The trajectory of the company is genuinely tied to what you deliver here.

The scope is intentionally broad — you'll rotate across different problem areas and go deep wherever the leverage is highest, building the range of instincts you'd need to eventually run something of your own. Most people in this role earn a clear next step within 12–18 months: leading a function, taking on a commercial role, spinning up a new business line, or striking out to found their own company.
