What you'll do

  • Embed with enterprise clients to design, build and operationalize agentic AI solutions in production.
  • Lead technical discovery, scope agentic AI use cases, and translate business problems into engineering deliverables with measurable success criteria.
  • Design target architectures fitting client's environment, regulatory posture and platform preferences across hyperscaler AI services, ServiceNow and other enterprise AI platforms.
  • Write production-grade code inside client's source control, CI/CD and deployment infrastructure, following enterprise release governance.
  • Build and tune retrieval pipelines, prompt architecture, guardrails, agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Implement enterprise-safe agent tool execution with permission scoping, approval gates, audit trails and rollback paths.
  • Build evaluation suites for hallucination, regression, grounding checks and production observability for latency, token usage, error rates and output drift.
  • Integrate solutions with client identity, secrets management, network controls, incident response and compliance tooling.
  • Stay engaged through cutover and first production iteration, then hand over to ongoing support with documentation and runbooks.
  • Act as escalation backup post-handover and step in for architectural intervention when needed.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client technical and business stakeholders and communicate with executive audiences.
  • Abstract field learnings into reusable patterns, accelerators and reference architectures for Innovation team.

What they require

  • Principal-level: 8+ years professional engineering experience with significant production work.
  • 2+ years shipping AI or machine learning systems into production, with hands-on agentic or LLM-based work.
  • Proven track record with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 enterprise clients in complex environments.
  • Experience across full lifecycle: architecture ownership, handover to support and escalation support.
  • Enterprise systems-of-record grounding: hands-on experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards) or strong business-process depth in procurement, finance, order-to-cash.
  • Production Python and at least one additional enterprise/full-stack language (TypeScript, Java, Go, C#, Scala).
  • SQL and data modelling fluency, including enterprise data quality, lineage, permissions and semantics.
  • Hands-on RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector stores and reranking.
  • Evaluation suite design for LLM systems: regression detection, hallucination measurement and grounding checks.
  • Production observability for AI systems: latency, token usage, error rate and output drift instrumentation.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major agentic AI platform (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, ServiceNow AI).
  • Agent tool execution and governance experience (MCP or equivalent), permission scoping, approval gates, audit trails.
  • Enterprise integration fundamentals: REST and event-driven patterns, OIDC and SAML, secure deployment into client-controlled environments.
  • UI/front-end fluency in modern web frameworks (Angular, React) to build or extend user-facing layers.
  • Durable execution frameworks, event-driven architectures or workflow orchestration at enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Compensation, bonuses, and benefits matched to top-performing team members.
  • Opportunity to work with Fortune Global 100, Fortune 500 and public sector clients.
