The Ambony is seeking a Food & Drink Journalist Intern to cover beer, wine, spirits, and food-related content for their digital platform. Responsibilities include writing monthly columns on food, drinks, and culinary experts, and occasional restaurant reviews. This is a 6-month, virtual, unpaid internship.

What you'll do

  • A monthly column presenting various foods and recipes.
  • A monthly column presenting various alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.
  • A monthly column presenting various cullinary experts.
  • Write occasional restaurant reviews.

What they require

  • The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about beer, wine & spirits-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
  • The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
  • Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks. Beyond the usual brands, we want to focus on years, regions, and food pairings. For food, we want authenticity and quality, not name brands and Instagram foods.
