Talixo is seeking a remote Fleet Key Account Manager for APAC, based in Thailand. The role involves managing relationships with fleet partners, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and analyzing data. What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
  • Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
  • Onboarding and training of new fleets.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.
  • Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B / channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must.
