What you'll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, handling complex business travel requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM, and ensuring a world-class experience at every stage.
  • Advise corporate travelers and travel managers on the best options; provide tailored solutions for flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services worldwide.
  • Book travel services through our online platform and work directly with our global supplier network for offline arrangements—hotels, DMCs, transfers, rail, ferries, cruises, and airlines.
  • Source options and negotiate directly with hotels, service partners, and travel providers to secure the most optimal agreements on rates, terms, and conditions for corporate clients.
  • Manage the full cycle of each booking, including confirmations, payments (including virtual card processing), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds—delivering seamless support from inquiry to post-trip resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to ensure operational excellence and smooth information flow for corporate partnerships.
  • Resolve operational issues, monitor performance against SLAs, and proactively escalate incidents to deliver a consistently high standard of corporate travel service.

What they require

  • Experience in business travel management, premium customer service, TMC, DMC, or high-touch corporate travel operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destination management.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities; able to confidently work with demanding corporate clients and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Proven capacity to handle multiple, complex corporate requests simultaneously with outstanding accuracy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, online booking tools, and other travel management technologies.
  • Proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges in a fast-paced corporate travel environment.
