We're looking for an experienced FIT Reservation Manager to handle end-to-end booking requests—from hotels and transportation to custom excursions worldwide—for both individual travelers and groups. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities with suppliers, and a dedication to high-quality service. Requirements What You'll Do Partner Engagement: Serve as a main point of contact for B2B partners, handling requests for hotels, alternative accommodation, transportation, and custom excursions worldwide (for both FIT and group bookings). Commercial Offer Creation: Build tailored, competitive commercial proposals based on client needs and specifications. Sourcing & Booking: Research, curate, and book accommodation options and additional travel services across global markets. Supplier Negotiations: Direct negotiation of rates, cancellation terms, booking conditions, and payment terms with direct hotel contacts and global suppliers. End-to-End Support: Provide full operational support to partners for the entire life cycle of a booking (modifications, cancellations, relocations, and special requests). Tone of Voice: Ensure every interaction reflects RateHawk’s standards: friendly, confident, accurate, and detail-oriented. What We're Looking For Industry Background: Solid experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators. Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level English and Russian. Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written correspondence skills with an ability to connect with diverse partners and suppliers.
