What you'll do

  • Lead the product team by setting strategic direction and giving the team context and support aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and make product strategy decisions that drive business growth and product success.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure quality delivery and product optimization.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, identify market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape, and use these insights for product strategy and decisions.
  • Promote a user-centric approach and ensure an exceptional user experience in the product.
  • Define key performance indicators, KPIs, and product success metrics, and regularly track and report performance.

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience in product management in a B2C product-heavy environment.
  • Experience launching or scaling digital products, separate business units, or large product areas.
  • Strong business mindset with deep understanding of unit economics, P&L logic, retention, monetization, and key product metrics.
  • Analytical ability to build metric trees, set up product analytics, work with data, and make fact-based decisions rather than intuitive ones.
  • Ability to create clear roadmaps, product specs / one-pagers, and transfer context to the team effectively.
  • Preferred: Understanding of marketing / product marketing / monetization.
  • Passion for innovation and desire to stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies, especially AI.
  • English at B2+ level.
