What you'll do

  • Support Corporate Finance needs.
  • Support execution of key initiatives that directly align with Riveron’s growth.
  • Work frequently with Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Scheduling, Corporate Development, and internal teams including executive-level management.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and operational reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly committee and quarterly board meeting materials.
  • Assist in month-end close procedures, including preparation of the Company’s month-end close package and profit & loss review.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support Executive leadership and functional leader decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations and contribute to automation and improvement of existing financial reporting processes and financial models.
  • Provide support in the annual formation of the Company’s budget and assist in monthly budget vs actual analysis.

What they require

  • Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience within Big 4, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Preferred: Experience with a professional services firm/client.
  • Preferred: Experience with a private equity backed portfolio company/client.
  • Preferred: MBA / CPA.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to create compelling stories from data.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and passionate about developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Enjoys introducing efficiency improvements into recurring workstreams.
