Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks, Reconciliations & Reporting Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and transaction tracking across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond basic bookkeeping. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, identifying discrepancies, managing multi-entity workflows, and improving financial tracking processes . If you’re analytical, highly detail-oriented, and strong with QuickBooks and Google Sheets , this role is a strong fit.
