Your role at Hostinger

We're a fast-growing global business with a lot of data — and we need someone who can make sense of it. This role sits in finance but works across the whole company: embedded with department heads, asking the right questions, and turning what you find into clear, actionable stories.

You own the numbers for your areas. That means owning the insight quality too — not just what happened and could happen, but why. Share only what matters. Visualize it so trust comes fast and time goes to discussion, not explanation.

We’re not looking for a deep technical finance background — we care more about a business-oriented approach and hands-on experience in financial models, business cases, and partnering with stakeholders. Our AI tools handle the data processing — you bring the business understanding and the right question.

Your day-to-day

• You'll be embedded with teams across the business — understanding what's driving performance, spotting trends early, and helping identify areas for growth.
• You own the numbers for your areas, which means owning the insight quality too: not just reporting what happened, but explaining why and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Day-to-day that looks like building financial models and business cases, running ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets built bottom-up with the teams who own them. Over time, you become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors rely on.

Your skills and experience

• We care more about mindset than title. You're commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator — someone who wants to understand the business, not just report on it.
• You're comfortable with data, can spot when something doesn't add up, and know how to explain what you found in plain language to people who don't live in spreadsheets.
• You work well across teams, pick things up fast, and use AI tools to move quicker — not as a substitute for thinking.
• 5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role. Hands-on with financial models and business cases. You don’t need to be an expert, but having basic SQL knowledge or a strong motivation to learn is important.
• Familiarity with unit economics — MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, contribution margin — is a bonus.
