What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems.
  • Bring new machinery online through precision installations.
  • Serve as the face of Phillips in the territory, providing world-class customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks to customer productivity.
  • Operate Monday through Friday across an assigned territory using a company-supplied van.

What they require

  • Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment.
  • Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong combination of mechanical and electrical background.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to be a top knowledgeable service engineer.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region (Monday through Friday).
  • Preferred: Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree.
