What you'll do

  • Providing expert technical support and maintenance for Alexander Dennis products across the Scotland.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems, ensuring vehicles are attended to promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with customers to provide technical advice and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Fault diagnosis

  • Ensuring your service vehicle is fully equipped
  • Engage in regular training to maintain product expertise and stay up-to-date with all product developments.
