As Service Engineer working on CNC equipment in the state of Virginia, you’ll help keep some of the nation’s most important manufacturing companies running strong. In this role, you’ll inspect, maintain, repair and install Haas equipment with a focus will be preventing problems before they happen, keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready to perform at its best every day. This is a high-impact role where your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills will shine. You’ll use your knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical machine systems to solve technical problems quickly and accurately. But this job is about more than repairs. You’ll also provide expert guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates, helping raise the standard for maintenance across the board. Every time you diagnose an issue, or improve performance, you’ll help keep operations moving without delay. To succeed in this position, you’ll need strong technical skills, clear communication, and a team-first mindset. You’ll use digital tools to keep service reports accurate and up to date, so everyone has the information they need when they need it. You’ll also build strong working relationships with customers and fellow Phillips Partners as you support shared goals and deliver excellent results. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
