Field marketing/events manager with 5-8+ years running trade shows, partner events, and strategic business events. Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 50%. Strong written communication and remote async coordination are required.

What you'll do

  • Own partner events and trade shows end to end, from planning through on-site execution and follow-up.
  • Work with Sales to design and run strategic business events such as executive dinners, roundtables, and small high-touch gatherings.
  • Evaluate event opportunities and decide where to allocate time and budget.
  • Run sponsorships from contract to follow-up, including packages, deliverables, and internal coordination.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate booth assets, shipping, print, signage, swag, demos, registration, and overall event experience.
  • Partner with PMM, Partnerships, Design, Ops, Finance, and Legal to align on goals and deliver events.
  • Drive promotion and attendee communications, including registration, reminders, internal briefs, and readiness documents.
  • Ensure leads are captured and followed up with Ops and GTM.
  • Track event performance and turn results into reporting, learnings, and program improvements.
  • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes for scaling the events program.
  • Support the community events program where useful.

What they require

  • 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role.
  • Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences, including booth strategy and on-site execution.
  • Experience with partner events and co-marketing, including partner planning, relationships, and deliverables.
  • Experience building strategic business events with Sales, such as executive dinners, roundtables, and targeted regional events tied to pipeline.
  • Comfort owning budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-site logistics.
  • Strong written communication for remote, async coordination.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to using metrics for decisions and improvements.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning projects end to end.
