What you'll do

  • Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to support successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation.
  • Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and problem solving in the field.
  • Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation, training materials, and accurate records of support activities.
  • Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and commercial colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve customer experience.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable.
  • Strong scientific communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex applications to diverse customer audiences.
  • Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively and support customers across multiple countries.
  • Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training.
  • Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering topics.
