What you'll do

  • Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
  • Maintain and improve existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes

What they require

  • 0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
  • Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping
  • Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex work
  • Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a sense of individual ownership and accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
