The position will partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise growth initiatives. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Prior leadership experience managing finance teams. (Manager, etc) Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management. Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights. Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives. Insurance industry experience preferred; banking or financial services experience also considered. Fluent English communication skills. 💡 Key Responsibilities Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leaders. Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews. Identify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis. Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational effectiveness. Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks. Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Ensure adherence to financial governance and internal controls. Support strategic projects, investments, and business cases. Support aggressive growth targets while ensuring forecast accuracy and financial discipline. Balance enterprise growth expectations against actual market performance and business realities. Consolidate financial planning across multiple sales channels and product portfolios.
