Fin Ops Con GmbH is hiring its first External Crypto AML Officer / MLRO. The Swiss-focused AML advisory and outsourcing provider for FinTechs and VASPs seeks someone to treat compliance as a product to build and share in the upside as the company grows.
π Responsibilities include:
- Run client relationships from the first call through to a live, working AML framework
- Build frameworks hands-on, from onboarding workflows to transaction monitoring, and solve problems for clients
- Review and assess clients' existing frameworks and systems, and improve them
- Own high-risk client relationships and transaction escalations, making the hard calls
- Lead clients through SRO membership applications, from dossier to approval
π Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years leading or supporting AML Officer / MLRO work, with knowledge of Swiss context (AMLA, VQF / SRO, FINMA)
- Real experience in crypto (blockchain / VASP business) - must
- Business person, compliance officer, and tech-savvy; uses AI to automate tedious parts
- Hands-on: prefers fixing problems over writing memos
- Curious, structured, prefers building over maintaining
- Fluent in English
- Swiss resident and eligible to work in Switzerland
