What you'll do

  • You can take a business problem, talk to stakeholders and own the solution from ideation to release.
  • You engineer products, not tickets.
  • You know how to write modern, high-quality code, and you direct agentic coding tools to produce it.
  • You deliver at speed by shipping small increments frequently.
  • You run work in parallel, where agentic development allows it.
  • You make architecture, infrastructure and technology choices that fit the problem, including at scale.
  • You build and maintain the foundations that let both humans and agents move fast without breaking things: quality guardrails (testing, static analysis), delivery pipelines (CI/CD, feature flags) and observability.
  • You turn recurring work into reusable, version-controlled skills and tooling for your agents.
  • You're good at software archaeology. You delve into undocumented legacy code to uncover and document the hidden business logic.
  • You migrate codebases piece by piece without stopping the business.
  • You leave things better than you found them and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt.
