WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner closely with Manifest's immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading primarily writing intensive cases, such as EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1 - case preparation from intake through filing, with additional exposure to H-1B, TN, PERM as needed.
• Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant with USCIS and DOL requirements.
• Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type.
• Serve as a professional, steady point of contact for clients — handling updates, expectations, and process explanations with clarity and confidence.
• Track deadlines and manage a substantial, simultaneous caseload with meticulous records, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Anticipate your supervising attorney's needs, aligning on preferences and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, including significant hands-on experience with full cycle EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1
• Experience managing high-volume corporate workloads and working directly clients
• Comfort owning paralegal workflows from intake through filing
• Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A track record of direct client communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High organization, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines smoothly
• Comfort with legal technology, case management systems, and process improvements
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: experience with TN, H-1B, PERM, E-1/E-2 cases

COMPENSATION & PAY TRANSPARENCY

Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $60K - $100K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience level, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role.
