Remote Executive Function Mentor to support Grades 6–12 students with day-to-day accountability and habit building. Requires an M.Ed. and demonstrated success working with youth; role is flexible, contract/hourly.

What you'll do

  • Provide regular 1:1 support (up to daily) to help students complete tasks and meet milestones set by the Senior EF Coach
  • Act as an accountability partner—checking in on progress, managing workload, and maintaining student motivation
  • Help students review schedules, manage deadlines, and follow through on academic and extracurricular commitments
  • Coordinate closely with the Senior EF Coach to align on student progress, evolving needs, and weekly task plans
  • Contribute to student habit-building that promotes long-term independence, focus, and follow-through

What they require

  • M.Ed. from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated success working with youth/students
  • Preferred: Experience supporting students in an academic, mentoring, or coaching capacity
  • Preferred: Familiarity with executive function coaching, skills development, or leadership training
  • Preferred: Experience working with international and ESOL students; familiarity with college admissions processes and academic planning (US/UK preferred)
