What you'll do

  • Drive day-to-day coordination across the organization to keep operations running efficiently
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for leadership
  • Prepare communications, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate travel, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and key initiatives
  • Keep systems, files, and confidential information organized and up to date

What they require

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
