Community Sports Partners is looking for a highly organized and driven Executive Coordinator to support our leadership team and keep operations running smoothly across the organization. This is a high-impact role where you’ll go beyond traditional admin work — you’ll help streamline workflows, stay ahead of priorities, and ensure our team is operating efficiently day-to-day. Overview Drive day-to-day coordination across the organization to keep operations running efficiently Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for leadership Prepare communications, documents, and presentations as needed Coordinate travel, including booking flights and accommodations Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and key initiatives Keep systems, files, and confidential information organized and up to date Requirements Experience in an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace tools High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment Benefits Compensation: competitive salary based on experience
