What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help coordinate priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across different teams and time zones
  • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Use technology and business tools effectively to improve organization and efficiency
  • Keep track of follow-ups and help ensure important tasks are completed on time
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively help solve problems

What they require

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, office, customer service, or similar role
  • Preferred: Experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar business applications
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, travel, or company events
  • Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
