Global Pacific Support is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients, a Michigan-based business development firm that provides consulting services to nonprofit organizations. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the client's business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in grant research, grant writing, lead generation, and executive support who thrives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify grant funding opportunities that align with client objectives. Assist with drafting, editing, and preparing grant proposals and supporting documentation. Conduct lead generation and business development research. Track grant opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements. Provide executive and administrative support to the client. Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in grant research and grant writing. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
