Create, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word Build and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel Prepare professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint Confidently manage files, folders, and workflows within Microsoft ecosystems Canva & Design Support
Create and update branded documents, presentations, and assets using Canva Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and visual standards Assist with presentation decks, internal resources, and marketing collateral General Business Support
Support operational tasks as required by the Director

CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest)

Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro

Power Backup: Power station, Power bank, UPS, etc.
Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor
Audio & Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset + Web Cam
Internet:
Internet Speed: 40-50 Mbps minimum bandwidth speed for both Download and Upload
