Job Opening: Executive Administrator Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours) Type: Full-Time, Work from Home Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours) Pay: Monthly Salary Overview: The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of executive priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents. Oversee administrative operations including expense tracking, procurement, and vendor management. Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems for contracts, communications, and key records. Assist with special projects, board materials, and strategic initiatives as assigned. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential scheduling or operational conflicts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in executive or senior administrative support roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management platforms). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor, adaptability, and strong sense of ownership.
