Salary: $225 per week
Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for various construction projects. The ideal candidate understands constructability, thinks outside the box, and works well in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
- Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
- Utilize on-screen takeoff software
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (Planswift, Bluebeam, OST, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
