Duties and Responsibilities: As an Estimating/Tender Support Coordinator , you will be responsible in supporting the estimating team by conducting material take-offs, quantity measurements, and bill of quantities from architectural drawings, preparing tender submissions, and coordinating supplier RFQs for pricing. The role also involves assisting in scope reviews, document control, and fast-paced tender delivery for commercial aluminium and steel fabrication projects, with the ability to handle multiple bids and support accurate, timely cost estimates. Assisting estimating team with submissions. High-volume workload management, handling multiple tenders simultaneously (approximately 20–30 projects per month) Fast turnaround execution, supporting urgent and time-sensitive tender submissions Daily coordination with suppliers for pricing inputs and commercial clarification Focus on commercial project types such as façade systems, aluminium works, and architectural metal components (louvers, handrails, etc.) Application of prior industry experience (not training-heavy role), requiring strong baseline knowledge in construction estimating Progressive involvement in end-to-end estimating support with potential pathway toward full estimator responsibilities Contribution to output efficiency and tender performance metrics (volume, consistency, and commercial accuracy) Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or related technical roles. Experience in construction, fit-out, glass, façade, or architectural/metal fabrication industries. Strong background in quantity take-offs and preparation of material estimates (residential or commercial projects acceptable).
